Only the Florida Department of State in Tallahassee can add the foreign-use stamp. We take the original there. You start by picking the document type on the order form. If you are outside the United States and the document still needs a notary, it must be a Florida video notary.

Birth, marriage, and death records come from Florida vital records. Court documents need the county clerk first. Powers of attorney and affidavits need a Florida notary.
