Florida diploma or transcript
A Florida diploma or transcript used at a university abroad needs the school’s certification or a Florida notary on a true-copy statement, then the Florida stamp in Tallahassee.
What this document is
Foreign universities and licensing boards ask for Florida school records — UF, FSU, UM, FIU, UCF, FAU, and the rest. Unofficial student printouts fail.
What the school has to do
Ask the registrar for a certified copy or a sealed transcript. If they will only give a photocopy, a Florida notary can complete a True and Correct Copy on that photocopy — if the foreign school will take that path. Ask them first.
The school has to be a Florida school. We cannot stamp a New York diploma in Tallahassee.

Get the certified school paper. Photo. Order. Ship. We file. Standard is $125 plus the Florida state fee ($10, or $20 if a county clerk certified the document). Rush is $199 plus state fees. Mailing it to the state yourself can take months, and a reject means you start over. Common destinations: Colombia, Brazil, Spain, Mexico.
