FDLE background check
A Florida criminal-history paper used abroad has to be the official Florida result — not an FBI report and not a private background-check website printout.
What this document is
The official Florida crime-history result. Work-permit offices in Latin America ask for it. It is not the same paper as an FBI report.
Do not mix this with FBI
If the foreign office asked for FBI, that is a Washington filing. If they asked for Florida criminal history, that is this document. Sending the wrong one wastes a week.
How we file it
Official Florida result, photo, order, ship, we file. Standard is $125 plus the Florida state fee ($10, or $20 if a county clerk certified the document). Rush is $199 plus state fees. Mailing it to the state yourself can take months, and a reject means you start over.
